Course Description
This course covers the fundamentals on transportation engineering and the latest technology in transportation engineering. It provides the basic concepts,
principles and background on particular traffic flow characteristics and measurements; traffic control; traffic safety and traffic management. Traffic management is a tool
and is very essential element of social education and control to address traffic congestion. Competent agencies related to transportation management must be strict in
the implementation of existing rules and regulations in traffic.

Prerequisite/s : Highway and Railroad Engineering


After completing this course, the student must be able to:
