Reflection #2 functions of art

When I reflect on the functions and philosophy of art, it’s like wondering why we love it
and what it means. We might ask why some things look beautiful to us or how art
changes how we see the world.

These questions help us understand why we like certain art and how our culture and
experiences affect our feelings about it. So, art is like a window into people’s thoughts
and a way for us to connect, and thinking about it helps us learn more about ourselves
and the world around us.

When I encounter a work of art, it’s as if I’m entering a realm of beauty and aesthetics
that enriches my soul. Delving into the philosophy of art, I’m fascinated by the questions
it poses. What is beauty, and how do we perceive it? How does art shape our
understanding of reality? that’s the questions that came into my mind.

When I explain about the functions and philosophy of art in front of the class, I noticed
how interested my classmates are. Art makes me interested, art makes me question
things, art makes me understand the beauty of art.

In conclusion, functions and philosophy of art Art helps us share how we feel and what
we think without using words. It's like a special language that everyone can understand,
no matter where they're from. Artists use it to show what's in their hearts and minds, and
when we look at their art, it can make us feel something deep inside.

The philosophy of art delves into the profound questions of beauty, meaning, and
perception, enhancing our understanding of the artistic experience. It reminds us that art
is not just about what we see or hear; it’s a reflection of our culture, a mirror to our
society, and a catalyst for critical thinking.
