1. In your own words, how do you express art? What is your definition of art?
-I express art in many ways but one of the most ways I show it is playing the guitar where I
show not only the use but also the message behind it. When I learn a song on my guitar I
can consider it art because I put my effort, time, patience, and passion to learn a skill that
will give me experience to know more about it. The way I play guitar makes me a different
artist and a unique art style when I expressing it inshort how I play those strings that
makes it sound good. It offers me the chance to learn and understand more about how and
what kind of art I am doing or where it belongs. Furthermore, it reflects my character and
personality to know my different and unique art style as well as a communication that will
tell what is my own definion of art.
2. Is it important for artwork to not only be aesthetically pleasing but also
functional? Why?
-Yes, because all art has own unique and meaningul purposes or function why it exist that
will make them aware and opening their mind to appreciate the body or intention of the
artist. There’s no art that doesn’t have a reason or purpose why it created just like a plain
house where if you paint it or design it, it will be more presentable and attractive to other
people perspective.
3. How does an artist communicate their thoughts, ideas, feelings, and emotion
with their artwork?
-Artists produce works of art that express their thoughts and emotions to us where in
different lines, forms, and colors are used by artists to convey their emotions. Each artist
selects their own category of form that have personal significance. They just transform their
experiences and pain into works of art to express themselves and their feelings through
their arts and crafts, allowing others to relate to them and understand that artists also
confront difficulties. They produce art in order for others to know how they feel.
4. From the purposes of the art of the lesson, which one is your favorite? Why?
-From the purposes of the art from the lesson, the one which is my favorite is “It offers us
the chance to learn and understand the artists and the regions where they belong through
their works” because as a student or should I say a young learner we can learn about more
things and having a knowledge every day in our life where it is an opportunity to make us a
good artist whenever we find ourselves solving or creating a masterpiece to be successful.
Every child is a special, just like what our national hero said that the youth is the hope of
our nation.
5. Do you think art is useful? Why?
-Yes, art is very useful and important in art lives since all things in the world is art wherein
you can hear, feel, and see. Just like the art, as humans have an own purpose and function
in this world that will make a different or change as time goes by inshort a history while
gaining a knowledge and experience. We can use it in many various and aspects way.
