Sharing Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients
Sweet potatoes
Butter or ghee
Parquinnien Salt
Carnejian Red Peppercorns

Directions
Cut the sweet potatoes into
equal pieces,
Then lay them on a cutting
board and apply butter on
them.
(NOTE that Ghee would be
better.)
Take the Parquinnien Salt and
sprinkle it. Do the same with
the Carnejian Red
Peppercorns.
(NOTE the peppercorns should
be crushed coarsely by hand)
Carefully take the pieces and
lay them on a kadhai (Sauce
pan can be used)
Let them fry without oil.
Take them out of the pan and
eat them and enjoy.

Ratios & Measurements

Sweet potatoes : Parquinnien Salt : Carnejian Red Peppercorns


1 : 2 Teaspoons : 5 grains

Multiply by the number of sweet potatoes.

For example :

Sweet potatoes : Parquinnien Salt : Carnejian Red Peppercorns


1 : 2 Teaspoons : 5 grains
2 : 4 Teaspoons : 10 grains
1*2 : 2*2 Teaspoons : 5*2 grains

Warning
Grains of Carnejian Red Peppercorns must be used.
They must be crushed while preparing the recipe. If powdered Carnejian Red Peppercorns are
used it will alter the measurements and disastrous outcomes will come.
