I know there are a lot of brownie recipes out there, but I haven’t
found one that I really liked – too much flour, sugar and so on. I
reached a point where I knew I had to combine a few recipes. After
a few failed attempts, I can now say I found a healthy chocolate
brownie recipe!

EN: This is a banana-peanut butter brownie with no flour and no


sugar. Let’s start with the ingredients:

2 bananas (mashed)
2 eggs or if you’re vegan, just use flax eggs
1 tablespoon shreded coconut
1 tablespoon coconut oil
2 tablespoons honey or maple/agave syrup
3-4 teaspoons cacao powder (I used carob powder)
2 tablespoons peanut butter. I used one which had some
crunchy peanuts inside. If you have a smooth one, just add
some crushed walnuts
2 teaspoons baking powder

Now that you have all the ingredients prepared, put them in a bowl
and mix them well. Set your oven at 180 Celsius. I used a tray
sprayed with coconut oil and after I pourred the mixture, I left it in
the oven for about 20 minutes.

RO: Stiu ca sunt o multime de retete pentru negrese, dar eu nu am gasit


niciuna care sa imi placa. Adica nu ma intelegeti gresit, gustul e minunat,
dar cand ma gandesc la cantitatea de zahar folosita, o iau razna.

Stiam ca trebuie sa incerc sa fac o reteta cu ingrediente pe placul meu,


dar recunosc ca am trecut prin cateva esecuri pana am ajuns la forma
finala.

Astfel, pentru acesta reteta, veti avea nevoie de:

2 banane coapte si pasate


2 oua (sau combinatia de apa si seminte de in – daca sunteti
vegan)
1 lingura de cocos razuit
2 linguri miere (sau sirop de artar/agave)
3-4 lingurite de pudra de cacao (sau roscove)
2 linguri de unt de arahide natural. Daca folositi varianta
cremoasa, puteti adauga si cateva nuci
2 lingurite praf de copt

Toate ingredientele le puneti intr-un bol si le amestecati. Apoi turnati


compozita intr-o tava mica, unsa cu ulei de cocos si lasati la cuptor pentru
aprox 20 minute la 180 grade.

Sper sa va placa!
