Subject : Request for Ground clearance to conduct SAMAR- The sports fest.

Respected Sir,
Courteously, we Team Shaurya writing this letter to inform you that Shaurya is
conducting its annual sports fest SAMAR from 18/01/24 to 21/01/24 .
We request you for ground clearance during the above mentioned period associated with
each and every sports according to the need.
In the process of ground clearance please go through the requirements as mentioned
below-

S.NO SPORTS NAME FIELD REQUIREMENT

1 CRICKET
Pitch requirement/preparation:
-break the cement pitch completely and make the new
cemented pitch of ground level by digging the ground the
first.
-pitch width: 3.2 meter and length: 21m
-wide line, 1m on both left and right side in batting end
-crease of 1.3 m on both sides.

Boundary establishment:
-define and mark the boundary with a physical barrier of
bamboo height 1m above ground and cover it with
black/white cloth.

Black screen at straight supported by bamboo

Length almost 4.5-5m
And height above ground 4-5m
2. FOOTBALL Field prep/req:
-making of proper 11-a side field with proper measurement
and proper marking includes penalty area, centre circle &
corner flags.

-installation of new regular sized goal posts at each end of

the field.
-nets for the goalpost.

3. HANDBALL Field prep/req:

-proper grass cutting and cleaning of handball court area.
-marking of court lines for goal areas, shooting circles.
-requirement of new nets for goalpost.

4. KABADDI Court prep/req:

-dig the unlabelled court and then label with heavy roller or
compressor so that it will be good for the installation of a
kabaddi mat.
5. KHO-KHO Field prep/req:
-Proper grass cutting and proper markings of the court.
-Installation of new poles.

6. BADMINTON Court requirement:

-Painting of lines
-Re measurement of court
-Lighting
7. VOLLEYBALL Pitch prep/req:
-digging of unlabelled pitch and then label with heavy roller
or compressor so that no sights of heavy ups and downs on
pitch
-mark the court with lines for boundaries, attack lines, centre
lines and service lines.
-installation of new net.

8. BASKETBALL Court prep/req.

-Fill the patches in court with proper cement.
-Painting the court with suitable colour as standard only.
-installation of new basket nets.
-Proper markings of court - sidelines / throwlines/ D mark.
-Repairing of flood lights.
