have, seem, like, want, know, understand, mean, believe, own
and belong.

4. Adverbs of Frequency with Simple Present:
Use adverbs of frequency with the simple present to express
how often something happens. Adverbs of frequency usually
come before the main verb but after the verb ‘’be’’.
