As a Senior BIM Structural Engineer, you are responsible for key tasks including (but not limited to):

 Able to design different types of buildings (Concrete, Steel) according to international codes, SBC,
ACI, IBC, and UBC.
 Create structural models by using computer-aided design software (Etabs, Safe, Sab, Staad, Revit)
According to universal codes, SBC, ACI, IBC, and UBC
 Prepare and review the structural calculation sheet, design drawings, structural shop drawings, and
quantity takeoff report.
 Prepare and review the structural assessment report for the existing buildings and heritage buildings.
 Choose appropriate materials based on structural specifications.
 Study and check all design drawings and compare all the related drawings (Structural, Architectural,
MEP & Other related details or drawings) also, raise any needed RFI to solve any technical conflict.
 Compare the design drawings of the different disciplines to prepare the coordinate concrete structure
shop drawings that are required for the construction at the site.
 Preparation of Structural BIM Models using Revit.
