Greetings of Peace!

In all learning areas, the concept of skills development is stressed. The English Department and English Club
officers plan to engage students of Vitali national High School to a camp as a culminating event of the month-
long celebration of the Reading Month. An activity that will build learners a sense of purpose and at the same
time develop their self-esteem. Further, the camp is designed to involve more students and aims to generate
income through maximum students’ participation in a guided process.

In this light, we are respectfully seeking permission from your good office to carry out such camp with the
registration of fee P25.00. If granted, this will give the English department an opportunity to acquire two (2)
sets of printers.
