This is how the trainers and the trainees work hard in making the 7-day Regional
Training on the Critical Content on Grade 7 Music and Arts a success.

After the 5-day eye brow scorching sessions, the training comes up with its concluding
activity which is the demo-teaching and the post-test. This is to assess participants with
the knowledge they gain and on how they are going to impart the inputs they earned
from the 5 days session to their students.

The demo-teaching was done in the morning of the sixth day of the training, May 20,
2018. Each class comprises of four demo-teachers who simultaneously conducts team
teaching in their respective classes of their chosen topics based from the assigned area
(Music & Art). The demo-teaching shows the process on how the products, outputs
done on day to day activity be of use in each concluding activity in every quarter and
even be useful in the culminating activity in 4th quarter. It means that the teacher must
plan for the final/culminating activity as their goal and will design day to day activity that
would help in achieving the goal. Post conference done right after the demo teaching.

Post-test was done in the afternoon. And it followed by group practice and preparation
of props, costume for the culminating activity based from the topic discussed by the
demo teachers.

Indeed, it was a worth satisfying activity seeing that the teacher-participants really enjoy
the seminar, gain new insights and encourage to be music and arts teachers. Truly I
believe that teacher-participants will go back in their respective station equipped with
the necessary skills and knowledge as agent of learning among its clientele-the
students.
