In the first few weeks of our Operations Management class, we learned about different activities that

create value by making goods and providing services. We chose a fire alarm system in Albania and are
gathering information about their products.ABA Group is a company in Albania that works on systems
to keep water and fires under control.This company is famous for providing hydro system coverage. We
need to gather information from the day-to-day activities of the business or by asking people to fill out
surveys or by having conversations with them to gather information. As well as using statistical analysis
to look at the data we collected, and forecasting to measure errors, and interpret the results.

MISION

This project aims to see why forecasting is important and how it can impact a business's future. By using
forecasting in our midterm project, we also learn how to use these methods in a more practical way.
This helps us use our knowledge and understand how businesses make their predictions. This project
helps us figure out how to make our business less risky and uncertain. We can do this by deciding how
much of each product to make and what prices to charge. This will help our business grow.
