1) Prices are quoted in USD

2) Payment term:
a) For New Tool
i) 50% upon receipt of Purchase Order/Confirmation as downpayment.
ii) 40% upon submission of 1st sample.
iii) 10% upon approval of sample prior for tool shipment.
b) Engineering Change
100% upon submission of sample
c) For Parts
100% upon parts receive
3) Credit term :
i) 7 days from date of invoice for downpayment.
ii) 14 days from date of invoice for final billing.
iii) L/C on sight prior to delivery of tool, subject to SPI Finance department approval.
4) Tool quoted price does not include spare insert
5) Tool quoted price does not include sample build.
6) Tool quoted price does not include shipping cost to production site.
7) Tool price quoted does not include raw material for testing and sample build purposes. Customer to provide.
8) Tool quoted price does not include making the measuring fixture.
9) Tool quoted price does not include sending engineer to production site for mould commissioning.
10) Tool price does not include special texturing cost, special texture cost to be advised and finalise upon project confirmation and design review.
11) Tool price quoted does not include hand carry sample to customer.
12) Tool price quoted does not include any air fright cost for part due to late delivery.
13) Tool price quoted does not include any cost incur for part rework.
14) Job shall commence upon receipt of downpayment.
15) Lead time is based upon receipt of Purchase Order or first payment, whichever is later.
16) Mode of payment: Telegraphic transfer. All payments should be made payable toSunningdale Precision Mold Industries(Tianjin)Co.,LTD.
17) An official written document is required if the job is cancelled during the construction of tools.
Marquardt needs to compensate for the costs incurred up to the date of cancellation.
18) If we are instructed to put on hold any job that is started for more than two weeks period, we reserved the right to treat the job as “cancelled” and act according to point 16.
19) Ownership of the good is transferred only upon the full payment received.
20) Cycle time & machine tonnage are base on calculation, subject to mold design and cosmetic packing during the actual testing.
21) Once tool buy-off approved, Sunningdale will not be responsible for any cost charged for line down caused during production.
22) Other terms: interest at 1.5% per month will be imposed on late payment.
23) Tool warranty: As quoted or 1 year, whichever is earlier.
24) Shipment term : Ex-factory,Sunningdale Tianjin - China
