To commence with, Creating a culture of innovation is important for finding better ways to innovate,
increasing profits, increasing employee engagement, and the overall healthy work space, therefore
Innovation practices can help build a culture of continuous learning, growth and personal
development. Innovative environment can again motivate people to constantly improve the way
they and their team work, hence leading a business to success.

Leadership influences company culture heavily. Leaders can reinforce organizational values by
helping their people grow and develop through goal setting, opportunities and recognition. A
company with a strong organizational culture can effectively change its culture because its
employees are responsive to their organizational structure. However it possibly takes 2-3 years for a
new CEO to change organizational culture at a new company so it depends with the person in
charge.

Unethical behavior in business refers to actions that do not fit with a business' acceptable
standards. Organizational culture actually depends on on traits practiced at a certain business either
good or bad which leads to business success of failure due to behaviors. Hence if the culture is good,
unethical behavior are caused by incidents of employer’s unfaithfulness, unclear polices , bribery
etc. thus organizational culture being the main cause of unethical business behavior due to
commonly practiced unprofessional actions.

To commence with, A strong-functional culture can be viewed as an asset, and strong-dysfunctional


culture can be viewed as a liability. This is in the sense that w when organizational culture is practice
right the accident benefits that come with it such as effectiveness and efficiency leading to more
profits. However when we get it is a liability when an ethical organizational culture is practice it may
lead to loss of profits due to unethical Business practices such as theft and bribery.
