THE PROBLEM AND ITS BACKGROUND

Introduction

Drug use and internet addiction separate young people from their families and friends and
harm their relationships, spirits, emotions, and health. Teenage addiction costs the society a lot
in terms of medical expenses, lost opportunities for education, and mental health services.
The purpose of this study was to evaluate students' Internet and drug addiction behavior
patterns.
In order to collect data, the Internet Addiction Test (IAT) and the Addiction
Acknowledgement Scale (AAS) were used and do some questioner. Some of high school
students were recruited using a sectional and descriptive-analytical approach with stratified
sampling.
Internet addiction was very prevalent among the youngest users of computers and the
Internet, particularly among those who had no siblings or came from families that had problems
of some sort. Substance addiction is also prevalent among students without parents and
students who are struggling with their problems. Moreover, frequent use of the and the Internet
was linked to higher levels of aggress.
It is noteworthy to focus on adolescents' behavioral patterns and their propensity for drug
and Internet abuse. As a result, it is crucial to concentrate on adolescent health and to
institutionalize suitable training programs for adolescent and their families.

Background of study

In our generation today, students are most often to develop some kind of addiction. There
are many possible reasons why some students one common. to develop this kind of
physiological condition. It may seems like it comes out of nowhere, but there's usually a reason
behind this development.

causes why students develop this land of bad mate These are genetics, environmental factor,
trauma, underlying mental disorder and brain changes. So there might be a valid reason why
students are still doing it even though they know it affects their health.
Overcoming these habits aren't that hard for a student that really want to get better.

addiction ; set a quit date change your environment, distract yourself, review. your past attempts
of quitting and create a support network. Prevailing over an addiction will help a student to
regain. their mental physical that may boast their performance in school.
In addition, Addiction can be treated in many ways possible. Simply just giving proper care
and support to the person who have this kind of habits can prevent them from forming such
behavior.

Control Dysfunction – ICD (“impulsivity”). Addiction can easily affect student’s behavior because
they are most vulnerable in these aspects of addiction. These aspects can lead them to
improper habits that causes them to have such bad habits.
