1 Introduction

This deliverable is a report that goes together with the publication of the website
created for the ANGELS PROJECT. The project is funded under the “H2020-SMEInst-
2014-2015/H2020-SMEINST-2-2015” programme Grant Agreement number 698530.
The objective of the project is to develop an innovative system, consisting of a Ground
Station on the Helideck that provides the precision lateral and vertical guidance to an
helicopter approaching and landing on the Helideck, an App for iPad, Cloud Analytics
and Fleet Management System.

The ANGELS consortium is now accessible on the Internet through the website
www.angels-project.eu which, apart from the overall description of the project,
provides a place for getting to know the partnership and a framework for
communication of the progress of work and achievements during the project duration.

In the next sections, we present the structure of the project website. For each section
a description of the main contents is provided. The web includes a public section open
to all visitors.

2 Website design
The consortium created the website using the reserved domain: www.angels-
project.eu and managed using Wordpress. The website is structured into a public area
with information open to all visitors and a private area only for the use of the
members of the consortium.

The public area includes the following sections:

 Objectives
 Background
 News (hidden)
 Documents (hidden)
 Contact

All sections of the website are easily accessible from the main menu. The website
includes images and backgrounds coordinated with the project.

3 Public area

3.1 Homepage

The homepage is the first view of the website and is meant to welcome the visitor with
an overview of the project. According to the modern methods of online
communication the homepage presents a Title, a payoff, a short description and an
horizontal menu on the upper side which is common to all sections of the web.
The visitor can access the different sections of the public area by selecting the name of
the particular section from the horizontal menu.
On the upper left side of the home page there is the H2020 logo.

Below the menu, there is the project acronym and the payoff that in this case is the
title of the project.

A photograph is located in background as typically happens in scroll websites.

The text below the photograph is a summary of the objective of the project describing
the main reasons for carrying out the project including European program information.

Just under this text there is a text that includes the phrase: “THIS PROJECT HAS
RECEIVED FUNDING FROM EUROPEAN UNION’S HORIZON 2020 RESEARCH AND
INNOVATION PROGRAMME UNDER GRANT AGREEMENT NO 698530”.

Below this text the menu is repeated to allow visitors to go on the right section.

3.2 Partners

This section includes the logos of the 2 partners of the consortium.

On the right hand side of this section there is H2020 logo.

After clicking on the name of the partner, a new subsection opens with access to
partners description. The description includes a link to the corporate website of the
partner.

3.3 Objectives

This section describes the technical scope of the project, limitations of current
products on the market, the strategy and the experience of the proposed ANGELS
solution.

3.4 Background

This section describes briefly the background and the scenario of ANGELS project with
three different parts:
- An evocative photography
- A description
- An objective summary sentence of ANGELS

3.5 News and documents

The section will be shown when news and public documents will be ready.

3.6 Contact

Within this section, the visitor will find the contact details (postal address, telephone
and fax numbers and e-mail address) of the Project Coordinator (Palu srl) together
with a contact formulary that can be filled in with any comments or doubts regarding
the project.

4 Private area
The private area was a part of the ANGELS website before starting the project.
However partners chose another tool for the sharing of data and to ensure the
greatest possible safety of data.

Although ANGELS project is not avionics certificate project, the partners decided to
follow the development rules dictated by the avionics market and to use a private
data-sharing system, and not a public platforms like wordpress.

5 Conclusions

The website of ANGELS was prepared during the first three months of the project and
is now fully operative. The domain is www.angels-project.eu. The website is the main
source of information on the Internet about the project and this deliverable reports on
its structure and contents.

The website is designed to provide a public image of the PROJECT’s partner initiative
with concise and clear information about the objectives of the project, planned work
and the activity of members of the consortium. It will be updated at least every three
months with news regarding the progress of the project and links to other websites of
interest.
