intarsia yarn feeders optional)
Protection: The macchine will automatically alarm if yarn--breaking, knots floating, rewind, end of knitting,
fail of racking, needle jack crash, error programming occur, also with safety auto-lock protection device
Power: Single-phase 220V,adopt advanced CMOS technology enabling memorizing at the Instant of power
outage and restoring of knitting thereafter.

SYSTEM
1. Monitoring Screen: It is able to display all kinds of working parameters and the numerical value for the knitting line.
Meanwhil, it adjusts from time to time at the moment of machine running; therefore it can maximally operate & save time.
2. Support the function of current detection, Provide a warm reminder for maintenance personnel to quickly identify the
fault source.
3. Batching System: Computer program command, stepper motor control, 128 segments tension selection. It is able to select
the moment of force to assist the roller for the purpose of providing effective tensile force for thick piece of clothes.
4. Support the automatic correction of transfer stitch value, can avoid yarn broken & missed stitch when do tighter knitwear,
Improved qualification rate of knitting.

FEATURES
1. Carriage turn back with high speed (maximum to 0.05ms), optimized the turning distance.
2. The high speed motor controlled varied stitch, within 4mm carriage running zone can finished 1mm varied stitch value!
Greatly reflect the varied stitch application.
3. The raising cam is controlled seperately, can do pre-select in the middle. The carriage can turn back from the middle
when automatic locking, it greatly improved the working efficiency.
4. New type sinker control technology is not need manual adjustment. It greatly reduced the floating, when yarn
missed and reduced missed stitch when do transfer, thus the qualification rate has improved greatly.
