Digital Records Management / Automation of Records - are practical and economical


hands on training in recording of scanned documents. This workshop teaches you how
to create and/or improve your existing database using the software already in your
computers (Microsoft Access). You will also gain the skills on how to classify, label and
systematize data for fast and easy retrieval.

Information System Management - provides a range of guidance, tools and templates


that can help you through the process of managing your information. The concerned
office will benefit in facilitating efficiency in public service, fast and easy review of
documents and have a secured data base. Further, document copies and department
forms are always ready to print.

Digital Transfer Training and Preservation of Records – In this training,


participants will have practical exercises and operational guidance on the
software needed for the digital transfer process. Sharing and Power point
presentation of digital records will also be obtained.

Note:
- All schedules are computer related that Require at least one (1) laptop each or for a pair
- Reservation is recommended for the purpose of assessing if we have reached the required
minimum number of participants especially with the schedules outside of Baguio City.
- Prices may vary according to type of training, hotel rates, season and location of venue
- Since schedules are subject to changes without prior notice, please find time to text, call or
email us of your interest upon receipt of this letter for us to update you of any changes.

Years of service for the LGU: 8 Years with a 75 % of attendances from the executive and legislative offices
nationwide (Provinces, Cities and Municipalities).
OUR CERTIFICATIONS:
For the past 7 years of working with the LGUs nationwide, it has been a common question if NGO service
providers are allowed to conduct seminars for the government personnel, the following are our guidance to
such conduct of activities:
a. A Message of Partnership from the DILG to PRN QUALITY TSLI as attached.
b. The DILG MCN 2010 – 139 dated December 2, 2010 states “…It is understood that in any in-country
convention, seminar or training attended by a local official or employee, with the use of public funds, is
within the purview of the Development Capability Agenda of the participating local government… ”
c. DILG DBM Joint Memo Circular No. 2 dated Sept 23, 2016. Policies and Guidelines on Study Tours or
“Lakbay Aral” Activities of Local Government Units. As Attached

On the other hand, we are registered under the Securities and Exchange Commission with no. 200625542
since 2005, accredited by the PRC as CPD provider, accredited by the Province of Benguet, accredited by
the Philippine Association of Local Legislative staff as their official training service provider, accredited by
the Department of Tourism as professional Congress Organizer -2008, Data based with CHED – CAR as
seminar service provider and with a number of professional linkages.
NOTE:
• Should there be untoward incidents such as force of nature, war or even if the desired number of
participants isn’t achieved (Minimum of 20 pax), a given schedule maybe subject to change without prior
notice. It is therefore requested that you inform us of your interest upon receipt of this letter for us to
keep you informed.
• Itinerary on the 1st day, Morning will be for registration and shall officially start in the afternoon, Full day
workshop on the 2nd day and Last day will be allotted for Tutorials before check out at 12:00 NN. Meals and
snacks start lunch on the 1st day and ends lunch on the last day of training.
