2. Why did you name your café Chiller? Is there any interesting story behind it?
3. What makes you think that your café would be special and took the costumer
interests?
4. Is there a parking lot for the costumer and the worker?
5. Does the worker have different place to park their vehicles or is it in the same place
with the costumer?
6. why do you make a cafe in this area, is there a relationship with your own marketing
target? And for your own marketing target, what class are you targeting the
community or young children?
7. Is there an open space to chill out as the name of the café was ‘Chiller’?
8. How many floors on the building?
9. Is the counter and kitchen facing the costumers’ table?
10. Does Chiller café only sell coffee and drinks? Or is it also selling foods?
11. Does chiller café have an outdoor place where the costumer could enjoy their
beverage and foods?
12. Is there a restroom for the costumer? And is it diverged for women and men?

1. Question from Agnia: are there any opportunities besides on the slide?
Answer: there is no other opportunities other than what have been mentioned on the
poster at the current time.

2. Question from Resa Maya: what is the first impression about this café?
Answer: my first impression of this café is good because of the unique door and
aesthetic design and furniture.

3. Question from Kantia: how does Chiller café promote their café?
Answer: They promote their café using social media such as Instagram.
