Give 5 name of scientists, short biography, picture ,and accomplishment

Friedrich Wohler
He was a German chemist, known for his work in inorganic
chemistry, being the first to isolate the chemical elements beryllium
and yttrium in pure metallic form. He was the first to prepare several
inorganic compounds including silane and silicon nitride.

Accomplishment:

Prepared an organic compound from inorganic compound

The first to synthesize the organic substance known as Urea

Hermann Kolbe
Kolbe studied chemistry with Friedrich Wöhler at the University of
Göttingen and earned his doctorate in 1843 with Robert Bunsen at the
University of Marburg (Hesse). After serving as Bunsen’s assistant,
Kolbe accepted in 1845 a postdoctoral position in London as assistant
to Lyon Playfair, a chemist and a member of the British Parliament.

Accomplishment

German chemist who accomplished the first generally accepted

synthesis of an organic compound from inorganic materials.

Prepared ethane (CH3CH3) by Electrolysis of K Acetate.

Jon Jacob Berzelius

He was a Swedish chemist. Berzelius is considered, along with Robert
Boyle, John Dalton, and Antoine Lavoisier, to be one of the founders
of modern chemistry. Berzelius became a member of the Royal
Swedish Academy of Sciences in 1808 and served from 1818 as its
principal functionary.

Accomplishment

Organic chemistry was first defined as a branch of modern science.

He classified chemical compounds into two groups: organic if they

originated in living or once-living
Carl Wilhelm Scheele
He was a German and Swedish Pomeranian pharmaceutical chemist.
Isaac Asimov called him "hard-luck Scheele" because he made a
number of chemical discoveries before others who are generally given
the credit..

Accomplishment:

Prepared Oxalic Acid by the action of HNO3 on sugar.

He announced the existence of the new earth baryta (barium oxide).

William Henry Perkin

He was a British chemist and entrepreneur best known for his
serendipitous discovery of the first synthetic organic dye, mauveine,
made from aniline.

Accomplishment:

Discovered the first Synthetic dye which is purple in color.

He discovered aniline dye.

2. Chloroform (C,H,Cl)
3. Polystyrene (C,H)
4. Protein (C,H,O,N)

1. Organic compounds are flammable.

2. Organic compounds are covalently bonded.
3. Most organic compounds are insoluble to water.
4. Organic compounds are non-electrolytes.
5. Organic compounds have low boiling and melting point.
