CHECK LIST(Only for Windows XP-TYPE)

Before executing the demonstration, please check the next things.

<CHECKING LIST>
1.Check the “E V E N T V I W E R ” whether some error is there or not.
(Refer to the SERVICE MANUAL TSFE-U02002)

2.Check the “PCIF Error log ” in the C:¥Us¥Ini folder.

“DATE, TIME:INITIALIZE : ID_DOWNLOADFIRM(4) or (****) → Abnormal
“DATE, TIME:INITIALIZE : ID_DOWNLOADFIRM(0) or (11000),(10010) → Normal
If you can see the “Abnormal” condition, please check the connection around
PCIF PCB and clean the card edge part.

3.Confirm the memory capacity by seeing the “S Y S T E M ” in “CONTROL PANEL ”.

If your machine have XP type, and no 3D OPTION, memory must be appeared: 2 5 6 M B
If your machine have XP type, and 3D OPTION, memory must be appeared : 3 8 4 M B

4.If your machine have 10GB HDD, check the partition like next.
C:¥→6GB, D:¥→4GB. If partition is not like this way, try to divide the partition.
Refer to the SERVICE TIPS “TSU-E02051”

5.Confirm the normal working when you reboot the machine at least 5 times.
And then, check the normal working of probe exchanging.

6.Check the echo imaging and probe by “Driver Checking ”.

Try to move the driver along with probe’s surface, and see the reflection imaging of
the driver. Normally, reflection imaging can be moved smoothly on the echo imaging.
If you can see the jumping of reflection imaging, check the connection of each PCBs
and probes.

7.Confirm the ROM Rev. with opening the file of C:¥Us¥env¥Sysinfo.

(This Rev. is in the S/W Rev.5.1)

8.Check the Color signal and Doppler sound by seeing the CAROTID with L040
PROBE.
Normally, red color signal can be heard from right side speaker.
And blue color signal can be heard from left side speaker.
Check the “color contrast” and “sound” .
