It is the ideal equipment for mineral water, distilled water and purified water producing process. The
machine is made of excellent stainless steel with the advantage of easily-rinsing and corruption-resistance.
The main electrical parts adopt products with brand of SIEMENS and OMRON. Pneumatic parts adopt
products with brand of AIRTAC. Both the inner and outer shower nozzle for washing barrel adopts the special
technology equipment from American Sprayer Company. The machine works reliably and efficiently based on
the compact structure and high automatic technology. It is the fully automatic barreled water producing
equipment combined with machine, electronic and pneumatic components.

I) Installation, debug, training, after sales
（One.）installation, debug
After equipment reached the workshop of customer, place the equipment according to plane layout we offered. We will
arrange seasoned technician for equipment installation, debug and test production at the same time make the equipment
reach the rated producing capacity of the line. The buyer need to supply the round tickets and accommodation of our
engineer, and 80 USD per day as the salary for one engineer.
（Two.）training
Our company offer technology training to customer. The content of training is structure and maintenance of equipment,
control and operation of equipment. Training is in the workshop of customer. Seasoned technician will guide and establish
training outline. After training, the technician of buyer could master the operation and maintenance, could adjust the
process and treat different failures.
（Three.）Quality guarantee
We promise that our goods are all new and not used. They’re made of suitable material, adopt new design. The quality,
specification and function all meet the demand of contract. We promise that the products of this line could storage for one
year without adding any aseptic.
（Four.）After sales

industry, the result of checking will according to the request of industry standard.
2,Check & accept procedure

(1) After debugging the machine in seller’s factory, after checking out and signature of two sides, then we can shipping the
machine.
(2) Finish installation and debugging the machine, after checking out, Running the whole production line to show the line
function, after certification then final checking. Meanwhile training for operation, maintenance and so on, then make a
signature of two sides to become effective.
III) Supply, installation, debug time

1, Valid time of the prices: 60 days.
2, Time of equipment production：25-30 days.
3, Time of installation and debug：15 days.
4, Payment terms: 30% as down payment, 70% before shipment. T/T or 100% LC at sight
5, Guarantee time: 24 months after machines running in buyer’s factory.
