Thank you very much for watching our videos
and purchasing this manual!
I hope this, in combination with the video, will help you
to build your own camping box.

You don’t have to do it 100% the same way as I did.

For example, the way I did all the cut outs, you could do it with a jig saw.
Also I doweled the kitchen drawer together, but you can use screws.
If you want, you can oil or varnish the wood.
So let’s get started with the material and the cut list.

You need:

15mm birch plywood

· 1 x 1120 / 705 mm (bottom)
· 1 x 1120 / 345 mm (back)
· 2 x 1120 / 680 mm (bed foot & middle board)
· 1 x 1120 / 600 mm (bed head board)
· 1 x 1120 / 20 mm (bed spacer bar)
· 4 x 705 / 330 mm (side & middle walls)

12mm birch plywood

· 1 x 1120 / 325 mm (front)
· 1 x 700 / 294 mm (drawer bottom)
· 1 x 700 / 290 mm (drawer back)
· 3 x 290 / 282 mm (drawer side & middle walls)
· 1 x 390 / 282 mm (drawer shelf)
· 1 x 390 / 30 mm (drawer bottom bar)
· 1 x 290 / 274 mm (drawer left front)
· 1 x 385 / 280 mm (drawer hinged table)
· 1 x 150 / 150 mm (drawer hinged table strut)
· 1 x 282 / 20 mm (drawer hinged table rest)

Other material
· 2 x full extension drawer slides 700 mm
· 3 x piano hinges 1120 mm
· 1 x piano hinge 980 mm
· 1 x piano hinge 280 mm
· 1 x piano hinge 140 mm
· 2 x chains ca. 500 mm
· 1 x magnetic catch (or similar)
· screws and glue

Cut all the pieces according to the cut list and do all the cut outs.
I've used a 68 mm hole saw and made the rest with a plunge saw.
But of course you can use just a jig saw.
Round the edges with a router or sand paper.

Pre drill all the holes, otherwise the wood can burst!
If you use 4 x 50 mm screws, use a 3 mm drill and
drill about 35 mm deep. Screw everything together.
You can use glue if you want, but it is not necessary.

! The width of the left slot depends on the thickness of the drawer slides you use.
I've used 2 x 13 mm thick slides. So 294 mm + 26 mm = 320 mm.

6
For the kitchen drawer I recommend using thinner screws, like 3 x 35 mm for example.

7
Screw on all the piano hinges the right way
like shown in the pictures.

8
Screw on the drawer slides...

...also the chains on each side...

...and the magnetic catch.

finished

In my car, the bed middle board lies on the turned down back seats
and the head board is hooked to the front seats.
If you have a different car, it can be necessary to support those boards
in a different way.
