SUBJECT: Post Activity Report of Information Education Campaign (IEC) on

Disaster and Climate Change Adaptation

1. Information Education Campaign (IEC) on Disaster and Climate Change Adaptation

Sessions were held last August to September 2023. Among these assemblies, five (5) were
held in MDRRMO Operations Center (Townsite, Upper Port Holland, Lower Port Holland,
Shipyard main and Shipyard Tabuk while one (1) in Barangay Taberlongan.

2. The focus of the activity were to educate and raise awareness regarding disaster and
climate change adaptation among the communities in every barangay. So that, when they
reached home they can share to their loved ones, what disaster and CCA is all about and
what preparations they need in terms disaster preparedness, prevention and mitigation
as well as response.

3. they were also taught about Gabay para Sa Listong Pamilyang Pilipino of the DILG,
which was basically a guide for them in terms of evacuation process.

4. Facilitators were from MDRRMO and Isabela Foundation Inc. (IFI).
