MY INSIGHTS ABOUT THE GUIDELINES FOR CLASSROOM INSTRUCTIONS

As a teacher, I believed that I shouldn’t be just knowledgeable about the lessons I will be presenting or
sharing to the learners, but also, I must be creative especially in planning my classroom instructions. As teacher,
who recently passed the Licensure Examinations for Teachers and as a teacher who has not been yet practicing
my profession, indeed it is a little hard for me to grasp everything since it is new to me. However, as what have
been presented, the presentation of the language should start with meta-planning for lesson objectives. During
my pre-service teaching, I have been trained to craft creative lesson plan, wherein I developed my creativity
skills. Of course, it was not a linear process as I have heard from my co-teacher. There were certain difficulties
such as the lack of learning materials and the limitations of using technology.

In a classroom setting, it always starts with the warm-up to get the students stimulated and motivated
and then it is also plausible t get the insights of the learners by asking them a question or letting them engage in
a fun-learning activities. About the activities, it is also important to consider the diversity of the learners thus
activities should implore cultural awareness. Again, as an experience, I may not be able to use all of the
differentiated classroom activities however as much as possible I had made sure that the learners achieved the
objectives of the lesson.

Teaching may quite difficult but as quote says it always remain something of an art. Its actually
wonderful to impart learning to the learners regardless of the difficulties and limitations. I am always be grateful
of choosing teaching as my career and I am looking forward to learn more about it.
