We trust this letter finds you well. Casa Blanca Homeowners Association Officers,
Mrs. Arlina B. Santos we are all residents of Casa Blanca Townhouses. We are writing to you today to seek
Treasurer clarification and information concerning the recent matter of unpaid membership fees for two
units within our community.
Mr. Jomar A. Mamauag It has come to our attention that there are two units in Casa Blanca Townhouses
Auditor where the membership fees have not been paid. As the HOA Officer, we would like to request
a detailed explanation regarding this issue. Specifically, we are interested in understanding the
Mr. Edward D. Fajardo following:

for collecting membership fees from unit owners. This includes the timeline for

membership fees for all unit owners. Specifically, where does Artel Land
Corporation derive these fees.
