Stage 1: First Cut

Put entire A-Roll into a Project.

Cut all the A-Roll.

Cut the raw as tightly as possible using L-cut & J-cut.

Stage 2: Storyboarding.
Use articles as presented in the script, as well as a basic color theme while choosing
footage. The color theme for this video is blue, color code 06115C.

 Stage 3: B-Roll.
Gather and Download B-Roll. Use Stock Footage, Animations, AI, Presets and Templates.

Put all B-Roll into sequence. Use images if needed.

❗ NOTE: this is “essential” b-roll. B-roll that you know will need to be used at a
particular time in the video. You may decide to add more b-roll footage once
you begin implementing the music. This way you can actually time b-roll
footage to the music, or at least have the b-roll match the theme and tempo of
the sountrack.

Stage 4: Music.
Put music into timeline. This video is mainly based on 2 emotions: Explanatory and
Emotional. Music would be used accordingly later on. For now, use appropiate sound effects at
a maximum decibel of -20.

Stage 5: Animations.
Gather assets for animations. Be careful with the map of India and its borders.

Create animations + put them into timeline. Font used is ClashGrotesk and Noto Sans.

Stage 6: Special Effects.

Additional special effects + extra touches. This is to be discussed after the 1st draft.

Stage 7: Sound Design.

Sound design. Use of proper sounds are crucial. Use Artlist for this.

 SFX, any other music change and adjustments.

Stage 8: Final Touches (Combining Sequences).

Final small tweaks to the video. Revisions, if any. Share constant updates.

Stage 9: Quality Control.

Check for mistakes that might have slipped through.

Export the video.
