marketing plan for the "MILCADO" series of products from Dina Farms Company.

We faced many problems in the middle of this journey of work, but thanks to God first and then

-Dina Farms was established in 1948 and was acquired by the Citadel Company, one of
the largest investment companies in Egypt, in 2007
Dina Farms is the largest integrated farm in Egypt and one of the five largest farms in the
Middle East. It has thousands of dairy cows and sells raw milk to Almarai and Danone
companies within the local market.

The vision is: a statement issued by the institution for what it intends to be in the future and
developed by the higher management of the institution, and the vision must be characterized by
clarity, simplicity and brevity.

1-Expanding the agricultural area to 15,000 acres, and we will increase the number of dairy cows
to 30,000 (2 years).

2-We provide distribution in Egypt to feed Egypt from our farms and monopolize the market
somewhat (a year)

4-We do integrated companies and farms in the Arab countries, and we have achieved great

Setting clear goals is the most important thing in order to achieve growth in the company, and it
is the basis of the company's current and future existence as well as the basis for determining the
way of working in the company and its system.

Attainable, Relevant, Timely
