Our most amiable Schools Division Superintendent, Ma Liza Tabilon, the very

supportive Mayor of Dipolog City, Hon Darel Dexter T. Uy, our very active school principal, Sir
Ferdinand Cornelio, and our energetic Head Teacher II, Sir Rodney Velasco, our PTA President
Wilfredo Mamugay, Barangay Officials, guest and other stakeholders, a great afternoon to all.

It is with great joy that I welcome you in today’s ceremony.

Today, the teaching staff and personnel of this school, the barangay council of Sinaman,
together with all the students and pupils are so much fortunate for we are endowed once again
with a 2 storey 4 Classroom building.

Indeed, we are very glad for we have with us here our ever-supportive Mayor, Hon Darel
Dexter Uy and other personnel who will hand over this newly constructed school building to
Sinaman Integrated School. In addition to having passionate teachers, an environment conducive
to learning is the key to quality education.

In behalf of Sinaman Integrated School family, I would like to express my sincerest

gratitude to all education stakeholders, DepEd officials, and the local officials who have worked
hard for the completion of this project. We hope that these additional classrooms will provide a
better learning environment for the students of this school to be inspired to study harder and
reach their highest potential. This will be a means to pave the way for our student’s growth and
will help them achieve a bright future.

Above all, we are thankful to our Almighty God for the continuous enlightenment,
inspiration and guidance in all our daily endeavors. And to all of you, thank you very much for
gracing this momentous occasion. A blessed afternoon and once again, Welcome!
