 About The Author

Rukshana Eisa was Born in Mumbai,, an Arts graduate, started modelling since the age of 16.
Rukshana made her mark in the glamour world at a very young age. She has modeled for
over 100 locals and international brands and has to her credit, over 300 fashion shows
including those in UAE, Kuwait, Singapore, Bangkok, Malaysia and USA.

Her first link with the airline industry dates as early as 1984, when she worked at Gulf Air as
a flight attendant. Soon after, she joined Pan American World Airways, when they first
opened operations in India.

Her excellent performance got her an instant promotion as on Board Leader. She was further
selected for additional duties, which primarily included training flight attendants from
various international bases.

"The Golden Code" by Rukshana Eisa. This book is all about communication, personal
grooming, and entertaining.

Let's start with communication. This book teaches you how to communicate effectively in
any situation, whether it's a job interview or a social gathering. It talks about the importance
of body language, tone of voice, and active listening. Peter Drucker once said, "The most
important thing in communication is hearing what isn't said,". Eisa speaks about importance
of body language. She talks about crucial aspects of business and social communication such
as handshakes, exchanging business cards, respecting space, communicating in a job
interview, writing a resume, conversation in a social set up- what and what not to say,
telephone etiquette and so on. She also devotes an entire chapter to tricky social situations,
including ones involving children with bad manners!

We live in a time where the Internet and social media are an integral part of our social lives.
Quite aptly, Eisa incorporates topics such as email etiquette. Again, in keeping with the times
she has tackled issues like gym and supermarket etiquette rules as well!

Moving on to personal grooming - this is an area that many of us tend to overlook, but it's so
important. "The Golden Code" gives you tips on how to dress appropriately for different
occasions, how to take care of your skin and hair, and how to maintain good hygiene.
Beauty may be skin deep, but no harm really enhancing it from outside as well as within
right? This section covers the basics of skin care, makeup, eating well, dressing and
accessorising to bring out the best in you. I found this section to be quite useful and
brimming with handy tips and tricks! Diet, skin care and fashion- this section breezes
through what's to know in these areas. Appearance is after all the basis of first impressions,
more often than not. Hence, there is no running away from that!

Conclusion

1.Embrace Self-Awareness: Self discovery is a powerful tool for personal growth and
fulfillment.

2.Live Mindfully: Being present in each moment enhances life’s richness and depth.

3.Harness Inner Strength: Empowerment comes from embracing unquieness and

strength.

4.Practice Gratitude: Cultivating thankfulness amplifies joy and contentment in life.
