Joining Process
 Candidates need to understand all details of internship and then only proceed with Joining
Process.

 Candidate needs to send Joining Process Mail to BuziBrAIns/ShowDoctors official mail id

with CC to HR Coordinator and HR’s Team Coordinator. Joining Process Mail Format
will be available with all HR coordinators.

 Candidates are expected to follow the Joining Process Procedures thoroughly to avoid any
complications.

 Security Deposit / Penalty Amounts are to be transferred to BuziBrAIns official Bank

Account Only. Cash Transactions to any individual are strictly prohibited and BuziBrAIns
will not responsible for any such circumstances.

 After Joining Process Mail Candidate can submit required documents to start the work.

 Every new joinee will be assigned Reporting Head / Team Coordinator for daily reporting
process. Details of Team Coordinator will be mailed to all candidates within 2-3 days. If
