Job Description

As part of the AirAsia’s People and Culture team, you will be supporting the People Delivery team on the leave administration and payroll management.
You should be passionate about making an impact and to deliver on high quality work. You also enjoy working in an ambiguous environment where speed
and customer obsession are key attributes for success.

Key Responsibilities (Leave Administration)

The main duties and responsibilities are outlined below:

HR System

1) Monitor, review, and take necessary actions in response to all Workday notifications regarding leave application/cancelation/approval.

2) Update/load leave application in Workday upon request from department admin/HRBP

3) Respond to employee queries regarding leave via ASKPAC/email/chat

4) Update Public Holiday Annually/Leave requirement changes upon announcement as the government or upon request from the management

5) Liase with HRIS/Vendor on new leave setup/changes in Workday

Payroll

1) Upload the Unpaid Leave application into Payroll System

2) Check the leave upload in the Payroll System tally with the report from Workday

Report

1) Provide Monthly/Annual Leave report to Finance

2) To provide as per request from time to time

Education & Experience

1) Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

2) At least one year’s prior benefits administration and leave of absence experience. Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply
