Weekly Log Book

From July 1st 2022 to July 9th 2022

 So during the first week of my internship I have collected the details of


team members of functional and technical team their email id , phone
numbers and designation to share business information communicated by
my boss.
 Made a tracker of daily submissions of team and reporting to my mentor
about the same, so she make sure that daily target is reached by the team.
 Making requisition tracker of weekly targets given by client’s to us,
where I used to mention number of openings in particular positions and
our target there.

From July 11th 2022 to July 16th 2022

 So in the second week of July I used to schedule the interviews of


candidates after taking availability from them and sharing them invitation
given by client’s to us in a proper format.
 After scheduling interviews taking follow up from candidates till they
join the interview.
 After completion asking for feedback from the client through email's.
From July 18th 2022 to July 23rd 2022

 Uploaded the resume of candidate’s given by my mentor in website of


client’s.
 Adding logo to resume’s of candidates so that it becomes easy for
client’s to identify the sourced company name.
 Making MOD ( minutes of discussion), i.e the requirements that client’s
tell to us for particular role so that we can source accordingly.
From July 25th 2022 to July 30th 2022

 Blocked calendar of my mentor for meetings.


 Blocked calendar of team members for their monthly review with their
boss.
 Done CTS ( committed to start ) & offer stage where we have to confirm
with selected candidates whether they are all set to start with their new
job or not.
From August 1st 2022 to August 6th 2022

 Blocked calendar of candidates for their HR discussion with client’s and


shared the formal invitation for the same.
 Done interview coordination with AVP ( Assistant vice President), VP
( Vice President) , SVP ( Senior vice President).
 Blocked calendar of HR of a particular company for general discussion
with candidates.
From August 8th 2022 to August 13th 2022

 Sharing interview invitation to candidates.


 Coordinating till there interview is done.
 If some candidate is not able to take interview for any particular reason
then communicating the same to client’s by formal mail and asking them
to share different slots.
From August 16th 2022 to August 20th 2022

 Done souring for functional profile.


 Done test follow up with candidates then by formal mail asked HR for
their test feedback with formal mail.
 Done interview follow up with candidates and asked for feedback to the
clients through formal mail.
From August 22nd 2022 to August 31st 2022

 Did sourcing for technical role.


 Made entry for the same in particular format which was given by my
mentor and shared the same with my mentor.
 Made daily submissions tracker for the sourced candidates.
From September 1st 2022 to September 10th 2022

 Did test follow up.


 Did interview follow up.
 Updated tracker according to status of candidates.
