April 19, 2016, by director Nguyen Manh Tuyen, and has emerged as an outstanding
enterprise in the field of decorative lights and fans. Although not long established, the
company has had a reputation for excellence in design and installation services. The
company's expertise in decorative lighting has attracted the attention of customers, so
there has been a gradual rise in the customer base. In today's dynamic social landscape,

 Functions and tasks of each department:
- Human Resources Department: The Human Resources Department has the important
task of implementing company policies and regulations, as well as implementing policies
with employees and developing a training system to enhance the professional skills of all
personnel in the company. This department also ensures that recruitment, evaluation, and
personnel development are carried out effectively and fairly, while creating favorable
conditions for the development and advancement of employees.
- Sales Department: The Sales Department plays a crucial role in advising, researching,
and developing new products, as well as promoting market expansion and building long-
term relationships with customers. This department is responsible for ensuring the
competitiveness and sustainable growth of the company in the market.
- Marketing Department: The Marketing Department has the important task of planning
and implementing marketing strategies to market and sell the company's products to
consumers. This department conducts market research, analyzes trends and customer
needs, proposes advertising activities, promotions, and brand building to attract
customers. Therefore, it plays a crucial role in enhancing the company's visibility and
trust in the market.
- Customer Service Department: The Customer Service Department has employees
specialized in receiving and addressing customer issues after purchasing or using the
company's products and services. This department ensures that customers receive prompt
and effective support and resolution of issues. Customer service representatives interact
directly with customers, listen and respond to requests, provide advice and useful

- Warehouse and Shipping Department: The Warehouse and Shipping Department is
responsible for managing the import and export activities of goods. This department
ensures the monitoring and maintenance of minimum inventory levels, organizes and
controls the storage and arrangement of goods in the warehouse. Additionarrangit
manages the process of transporting goods from the warehouse to customers and
collecting payments from customers.
- Accounting Department: The Accounting Department plays a vital role in managing
the financial affairs of the company. This department is responsible for capital
management, calculating, disbursing employee salaries, handling income and expenses,
managing company assets, financial resources and also ensure transparency and
compliance in financial recording and reporting, as well as compliance with accounting
and tax regulations.
- Technical Department: The Technical Department is responsible for maintaining and
repairing machinery and products within the company. The technical team ensures that
the company's equipment and assets operate efficiently and continuously. They perform
regular maintenance, inspections, and necessary repairs to ensure the stability and
reliability of systems and equipment within the company.
