Objective: To ensure efficient and effective management of LakesnMountains,


located in Pachhapur Village, Pali, Maharashtra, by outlining the standard procedures
for room maintenance, inventory management, guest services, and overall site
upkeep.

1. Room Maintenance:
• Regularly inspect all rooms for any damages, wear and tear, or malfunctioning
equipment (such as fan, charging socket, bulb, etc.).
• Promptly report any issues to the LakesnMountains Central Team for
immediate repair or replacement.
• Ensure cleanliness of rooms after every guest check-out.
• Replace bed sheets and other linens as required.
• Regularly check and maintain room amenities for optimal guest comfort.

2. Inventory Management:
• Maintain an updated inventory list of all LakesnMountains equipment and
supplies.
• Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure all items are present and in good
condition.
• Keep a record of inventory usage and report any discrepancies to the
LakesnMountains Central Team.
• Store kitchen items securely in the storeroom after each use.
• Ensure proper storage of all inventory to prevent damage or loss.

3. Guest Services:
• Extend a warm welcome to guests upon arrival and provide them with
necessary information about LakesnMountains facilities and activities.
• Attend to guests' needs and inquiries throughout their stay.
• Promptly and courteously assist guests with any requests or issues.
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
• Collect feedback from guests to continuously enhance services and guest
satisfaction.

4. Booking Management:
• Receive and confirm bookings from the central team either in person, over the
phone, or through online platforms.
• Accurately record booking details, including dates, number of guests, and
special requests.
• Communicate booking information to relevant staff members, including
housekeeping and kitchen staff.
• Follow up with guests before their arrival to confirm reservation details and
address any concerns.

5. General Site Maintenance:


• Keep the LakesnMountains grounds clean and tidy at all times.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness of common areas, including restrooms,
dining areas, and recreational facilities.
• Conduct regular inspections of the site for safety hazards or environmental
concerns.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the LakesnMountains
Central Team immediately.
• Assist with any additional tasks or projects assigned by the LakesnMountains
Central Team.

6. Meal Service Management:


• Ensure high tea, dinner, and breakfast are served punctually according to the
scheduled times.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to prepare and present meals in a timely
manner.
• Monitor food quality and presentation standards.
• Gather feedback from guests after meals to assess satisfaction and address
concerns promptly.

7. Expense Management:
• Record all expenses incurred during duty, including petrol, groceries, and
other necessary purchases.
• Obtain receipts for all expenses and submit them to the LakesnMountains
Central Team for reimbursement.
• Maintain accurate expense records for accounting and auditing purposes.
• Adhere to LakesnMountains budgetary guidelines and ensure expenses stay
within approved limits.

8. Supervision of Daily Wage Workers:


• Record arrival and departure times of daily wage workers for accountability.
• Monitor their work activities to ensure efficient task completion.
• Supervise workers to prevent idleness or time-wasting.
• Ensure assigned tasks are satisfactorily completed within designated time
frames.
• Address any concerns promptly and communicate with the LakesnMountains
Central Team for additional assistance or guidance.
9. Preparing Rooms for Guest Arrival:
• Upon receiving a booking confirmation, ensure rooms are prepared and ready
for guest occupancy.
• Thoroughly clean the room, both inside and outside, ensuring cleanliness and
sanitation.
• Arrange bedding neatly and ensure mattresses are clean and comfortable.
• Verify all amenities such as pillows, charging sockets, and fans are in working
order.
• Remove any dirt or debris from the room.
• Present the room in a welcoming and hospitable manner for guest arrival.

10. Managing Walk-in Guests:


• Warmly greet walk-in visitors and provide information about LakesnMountains
amenities and services.
• Explain available room options, facilities, and ongoing activities or special
offers.
• Immediately inform the central team about walk-in guests to ensure proper
registration and accommodation arrangements.
• Ensure no unauthorized individuals enter LakesnMountains without proper
registration.
• Maintain a courteous and helpful attitude towards walk-in guests while
adhering to campsite policies and procedures.

By adhering to these Standard Operating Procedures, you will contribute to the


smooth operation and success of LakesnMountains, ensuring an enjoyable
