While recognizing your positive contribution towards Leva brand and after evaluation of your performance, the
management at this juncture would like to award you with the position of Group Project Director for all hotels in
Africa.
As the Group Project Director your responsibility will include but not limited to being the lead in all Leva Hotel
openings, and the continuous oversight and management of all General Manager within your assigned region.
We are pleased to appoint you as Group Project Director for Leva Hotels in Africa effect from
1st of February 2021 with salary of 6,000 US Dollars (Six Thousand US Dollars). 1,150 US Dollars for monthly
accommodation and 350 US Dollars for monthly transportation. Additionally, a bonus structure of 5,000 US Dollars
for every successful hotel opening.
We wish to stress that your salary as an employee of Leva is personal to you and as such, it should not be discussed
with, or disclosed to anyone else.
