You are on the Support team for a Services product company, and you have received the following

email from a customer: " I am very upset that you tech did not come to my home today at the

appointed time. I took time off from work, all for no reason! I was told that he should between 12:00

and 5:00 PM. He didn't get here until 5:45 PM. I could have just stayed at work since I normally get
home by 5:30 PM. This is not a good way to start my new service with you and I am already

considering to cancel the service order already". A quick check of the notes on the customer's

account shows that the tech was scheduled to arrive ideally between 12 PM to 5 PM, but didn't get

there until 5:45 PM because of heavy traffic resulting a car accident on one of the major crosstown

roadways. Please draft your response to this customer in an email.

Answer:

Hi Mr. Customer,

I just had a thorough investigation over your case and came to find out that the Tech was supposed to
get to your place before 5 and he would have, But, unfortunately due to a car accident on the major
crosstown road he got late to reach at your place.
I do apologise for the inconvenience.
We will definitely be more cautious for the next time.

Thank you
