Course Description
This course gives students instruction and practice with standard speech to improve their accuracy and effectiveness
while listening and speaking. Students will learn and practice skills in pronunciation, having and
constructing conversations on familiar topics, and note-taking. In this course, students will also gain
experience listening to and giving academic presentations.
