Instructional Leadership:
1. Ensure that all learners are enrolled in the LIS for the BoSY 2023
2. Provide intervention activities to all identified struggling learners from Key stage 1 & Key Stage 2based from the results of the different assessments conducted in the
different learning areas
3. Update teachers on different issues/issuances/trends in the department
4. Provide TAs to teachers in the new COT-IPCRF implementation
5. Conduct classroom observation to all 8 teachers using COT for the First Quarter
6. Conduct SLAC sessions & provide Tas to LAC Facilitators
