If a person is unable to understand, I need to use simple English,so
PARTICIPANT 1 that the other person can understand.
The skin care developer has the technology macam, kita ada
technology  untuk working with the Orchid Imperiale cream.Dia
punya texture saja…dia punya nama of the technology is Imperiale
Triact, where it is fusion, finest, and fusion, finest and fullness, ok.. it
is actually kalau kita pergi pada vocabulary yang normal kita takan
PARTCIPANT 2 guna fullness, takan guna finest,kita takan guna fusionkan, but then
since that ini tiga-tiga nie, adalah nama khas untuk the texture of the
cream so this is a bit challenging untuk membagi tahu pada customer
that this is cannot be change to Malay susah nak bagi tahu kat
customer … you understand so texture je satu technology dia punya
ingredientis another technology.
I feel like the speaking with the customers is  weak.I need more
speaking skills,and good vocabulary to explain to the customers.If
PARTCIPANT 3 the customer is a English user then it will be easy to use the language
but if the customer doesn't prefer English need to use Malay
language.
At the moment the management did not arrange any course, either
from Sogo Management or my company they have not conduct any
special courses for us. I think that is import for…for… the you
know… sales person to be able to communicate with to have healthy
interaction between the customers and the seller in such a way it is an
added value if the person can speak more than one language other

than Bahasa Melayu and … i think the most...ahh… challenging
issue that  we currently facing is the vocab you know some people
ahh..they are getting use to the  simple punya…macam saya
sekarangkan.. i nak cakap sesuatu yang you know…instead of…you
know…sometimes it is very challenging the vocabulary…I cannot
think of it now…
For example, You know…ahhh… two years ago We have…you
know we have enroll kita punya management…previously…previous
management have enroll us  into a course ok..it is a three day seminar
where one of them, one of the module ahh is actually ahh it advise us
it coach us to actually use a simple English itself so in such a way the
customer will able to understand what we are selling.We are not
PARTCIPANT 2 going to use this… you know…those difficult words like
assimilation or…you going to use words like …you know…you
know…that word thats oftenly used so …
I think it’s good lah…if there is a course that be offered to sellers
like us so that we can …you know…able to communicate with
customers.
End of the class able to use proper grammar in the speaking, and
improve the speaking and vocabulary skill. The course should be

able to use the  cosmetic product description to explain and sell the
products.
