DISSOLUTION OF ALL UNAPPROVED CAUCUSES, MUSHROOM ORGANIZATIONS
AND SPLINTER GROUPS

I bring you warm greetings from the headquarters of the Party and hope this letter finds you well.

The attention of the Functional Executive Committee (FEC) was drawn to the existence of
unapproved caucuses, mushroom organizations and splinter groups springing up in the regions and
various constituencies under you.

FEC at its meeting on the 26th of March, 2024 deliberated on the matter and decided to mandate
the Regional Executive Committee to dissolve all the unapproved caucuses, mushroom
organizations and splinter groups in the various regions.

You are by this letter directed to dissolve all the unapproved caucuses, mushroom organizations
and splinter groups in your region and submit a report on the matter to the General Secretary on or
before the 8th of April 2024.

It is my hope that you will act swiftly on this directive to ensure order and discipline in the region
and constituencies.
