SUBJECT: ATTENDANCE TO THE 2023 PCL NATIONAL CONVENTION

Warm greetings.

As the new PCL leadership welcomes 2023, we wish to inform you of our
National Convention on March 9-11, 2023 at the World Trade Center, Pasay City,
Metro Manila.

With the theme: “Commencing Digital Information and Communications

Technology for Nationwide Policy Development”, this assembly aspires to gather all
elected councilors nationwide to download the League’s plans and programs for
2023 and beyond.

A registration fee of Php17,500 per delegate (twin sharing) shall be assessed

and collected to defray the cost of expenses on accommodation, meals, venue and
other logistical requirements.

Please be reminded that standard hotel check-in time starts at 2:00 in the
afternoon and check-out is at 12NN. For an orderly conduct of billeting and
accommodation, delegates are enjoined to preregister on or before 24 February
2023.

Kindly see the Schedule of Activities for your information and guidance. We
look forward to your participation in this event as part of our League’s continuous
effort in making all councilors become more efficient local legislators.
