May we endorse to your Office, for verification and/or appropriate action, the attached
email from the Presidential Action Center (PACE), regarding the increasing number
of walk-in clients seeking financial and livelihood assistance at their office from
concerned barangays of Quezon City including Barangay Bagong Silangan.

In this relation, the PACE requests your Office to assist in informing your constituents of
the following:

1. PACE does not provide its clients with cash or other financial assistance;

2. Requests for assistance should be submitted directly to the Department of Social

Welfare and Development (DSWD); and

3. For referral from the PACE, clients may send the same by writing to the center or
through electronic mail at pace@op.gov.ph.

Advice of the action taken hereon, and/or comments, direct to this level within three (3) days
upon receipt of this letter is most appreciated.
