Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced and skilled QA Engineer to join our team. This is an excellent
position for people who enjoy working on the full cycle of testing — creating a strategy, writing a
plan, creating and executing tests, finding regressions, logging and verifying bugs, and creating
comprehensive historical records of testing activities – which are all part of being successful in
this position. We are a small global product development team with big ambitions. We move
fast but also adopt modern best practices of software engineering. We like efficiency &
robustness in both code and team processes.
Responsibilities
● Develop, write and review test plans and test cases based on test strategy, risk analysis,
functional specifications and technical documentations.
● Identify and analyze issues and write detailed bug reports.
● Analyze automation framework issues and make bug reports or fix them.
● Actively participate in improving QA and release processes, procedures and
implementing best practices.
● Work with product and development team on new feature specs to proactively recognize
and prevent issues from developing. Lead the feature testing and be accountable for
delivering the high quality software.
● Provide clear test coverage reports to stakeholders for each software release.
● Work closely with multiple teams and support issue triage, escalation, and verification
during the release process.
● Collaborate with cross functional teams for identifying and resolving any issues or risks
related to release.
● Develop and maintain regression strategy for testing of existing functionality based on
technical analysis, complexity and reusability.
● Work closely with the automation team to identify test cases to automate and verify the
implementation.
● Document test procedures
● Participate in weekly meetings as required
