The company shall proceed to transfer the securities according to the above mentioned request. When full payment has been made and the securities are
free of obligation. The customer certifies that after transferring his/her securities to the transferee’s account name as instructed above, the company shall not be liable
for any damages which may be incurred as a result of such transfer.
