EMCY DG ACB NOT OPENING

1. Checked UVT Coil, shaft seemed not to be moving. Also locking plate has been checked, in
proper position. Also, push plate in lower side has been checked.

2. Next, UVT COIL replaced. Same results.

3. UVT Controller replaced. Same results.

4. Checked UVT Controller circuit for open loop while order for OPEN ACB is given
 Measured resistance between wires , and lever and all the points of the above circuit.

Finally, at the end, T1-T2 wires have 70ohms.

5. Breaker is reported to OPEN for 1sec then CLOSE again immediately.

6. Asked to check and replace the below E52CT timer relay, just in case it always giving order to LRC
and close the breaker again.
7. Asked crew to put a bridge in order to simulate the OPEN order. pending

8. Crew replaced M84T because found previous case.
