1. Monsoon Season Status:
 Monsoon remained active in Himachal Pradesh during the last week. Two active spells of
extremely heavy to very heavy rainfall occurred at few places in the state Himachal
Pradesh.
 The monsoon trough at mean sea level now passes through center,Well Marked Low Press
ure Area over southeast Pakistan & adjoining southwest Rajasthan, Narnaul,
Shahjahapur, Varanasi, Gaya, Bankura, Digha and thence east
southeastwards to North Bay of Bengal.
Temperature:
Highest Maximum: 37.0oC (Una) on 23rd Aug 2022
Lowest Minimum: 10.8oC (Keylong) on 24th Aug 2022
