YOGA FOR LIFE

Judge Eleni Derke started doing yoga more than 25 years ago after she found she had a serious illness. Eleni as in a lot of pain and her doctor wanted her to have
an operation. However, Eleni wanted to find a different solution to treat her problem. Her cousin was a yoga instructor and he taught her some different poses.
Soon, she began to feel better and her pain slowly decreased. Many people believe that yoga positions can help you remove toxins from your body, although there
is no scientific evidence to prove this.
Today, Eleni has been practising yoga for a lot of years and she has been feeling well and fit. She has been to India four times to improve her practice and she has
been planning a longer stay in Nepal for a while.
