Deed of Sale

This Deed of Sale is made and entered into on [Date], by and between:

[Name of Seller], of legal age, Filipino, with residence at [Seller's Address], hereinafter referred to as the
"Seller";

and -
[Name of Buyer], of legal age, Filipino, with residence at [Buyer's Address], hereinafter referred to as the
"Buyer".

Witnesseth:

That for and in consideration of the sum of [Amount in words (e.g., Five Hundred Thousand Pesos)] (Php
[Amount in numbers]) Philippine Currency, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged from the Buyer, the
Seller hereby sells, transfers, and conveys to the Buyer a condominium unit described as follows:

Floor Area: [Square Meters]
Unit Number: [Unit Number]
Transfer of Ownership:

The Seller hereby covenants with the Buyer that the Seller is the true and lawful owner of the said
condominium unit, free from all liens and encumbrances, and has full power and authority to sell the
same.

The Seller further agrees to deliver to the Buyer the necessary documents for the transfer of title and
ownership of the said condominium unit, including but not limited to the Transfer Certificate of Title
(TCT) or Condominium Certificate of Title (CCT), tax declarations, and other pertinent documents.

Consideration:

The Buyer agrees to pay the total purchase price of the condominium unit in the amount stated above,
as follows:

Obligations of the Parties:

The Buyer shall be responsible for the payment of all taxes, fees, and expenses related to the transfer of
ownership, including but not limited to documentary stamp tax, transfer tax, registration fees, and
notarial fees.
The Seller shall deliver possession of the condominium unit to the Buyer upon full payment of the
purchase price and completion of all necessary documentation for the transfer of ownership.
Governing Law:
This Deed of Sale shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the
Philippines.
