We kindly request DRTECH's support service to repairing our damaged detector to restore its
full functionality.

3. Reason for Return:
 Sensor degradation problem
 Connectivity issues faulty
 The system board damaged.
 TFT Panel damaged by overstress and need to be replaced with new one.

reparation. Additionally, we would appreciate an estimated timeline for the repair process and
