Introduction (12 pt, Garamond, Bold)
The introduction contains the background, research
objectives and the formulation of the problem or research
question. The scope of the study under study can be in the form of
an examination of decisions issued by judicial institutions in the
judicial power system in Indonesia. Relations between state
institutions or the dynamics of state institutions in carrying out
their functions and duties as mandated by the constitution. The
relationship between citizens and the state that manifests in legal
protection, fulfillment of human rights, political participation and
various legal phenomena in society that can be studied from a
sociological and political perspective. As well as studies related to
the development of legal science in a broad sense, including legal
dogmatics, legal theory and legal philosophy. The introduction also
contains a discussion of several studies (with similar themes) that
have been carried out (literature review), so that the research
carried out does not have an element of similarity to previous
research and can bring up novelty aspects.
Research questions or research hypotheses should not be
marked in the form of points or numbers. Introduction contains
350 - 500 words (12 pt, Garamond, space 1).
Body of Article
This section may be consisted of several sub title to answer
the legal issue addressed in introduction. The legal issue will be
discussed in the respective part. In this section display a result
from field research or doctrinal research as a material sources of
this study. Then continuing with discussion use a theoretical
framework to analyse the legal issue as stated in the introduction.
Each paragraph in this section must be 1 cm intended an there is
no space paragraphs. Each subtitle in this part should be written in
Bibliography
This is the last part of the article and contains all references
used in article. The references are compiled using reference
application such as Mendeley which is categorized by the type of
source in the form of book, journals, paper, book chapter, and the
internet. The sources are arranged alphabetically in each category,
while the regulation must be written according to the hierarchy of
the regulation and the year of the enactment
